I am announcing the publication of my new book, “Negotiation and Mediation: A Communication Approach.”

The volume is designed as a college textbook, but I intentionally wrote it in a more general style so any reader will find the information useful. I used many real-life examples and included material on culture, ethics, and artificial intelligence. My objective was to guide anyone to become more skilled as a negotiator and in applying mediation skills.
